This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions purchased on our website, through the Apple App Store, and through Google Play. Each purchase path follows the rules of its payment provider, with a consistent window and process for website purchases.
Website purchases
- Processor: Website purchases may be processed by a payment provider such as Paddle (Merchant of Record) or Stripe. The refund process and timelines are similar across providers.
 - Refund window: Refund requests for website purchases may be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or the first renewal charge.
 - How to request: Use the refund link or portal referenced on your receipt, or contact our support with your order details. If your receipt references Paddle, you can use paddle.net or the receipt’s “Manage” link; if it references Stripe, contact our support with your receipt email and charge ID so we can process the refund.
 - Processing times: Once approved, card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days for Paddle-handled transactions and approximately 5–10 business days for Stripe-handled transactions, depending on the bank. PayPal refunds (where applicable) are generally completed within ~48 hours.
 - Network limitations: Some payment methods have time limits for returning funds to the original method (for example, many card payments can’t be refunded to the original card after roughly 120 days, and PayPal after ~179 days). If a refund cannot be returned to the original method due to network limits, we will work with you on an alternative resolution.

Apple App Store purchases
- Refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Google Play purchases
General notes
- Window-driven: Refunds for website purchases are granted within the stated 14-day window, subject to payment-network constraints and applicable law.
 - Network limits: Some methods limit refunds to the original payment method after a period (e.g., cards around 120 days; PayPal around 179 days); if a refund cannot be returned to the original method due to such limits, an alternative resolution will be offered.
 - Channels: Purchases through Apple and Google must follow their store refund processes and policies.
