Today, Hedy coaches each person on your team individually. Next, it coaches the whole room. When a conversation stalls, Hedy catches what the group is missing and gives everyone the same way forward at the same moment, like a teammate who sat in every meeting and remembers all of it. No one has built this yet. We're building it.

Privacy that scales to your whole team

The privacy model individuals rely on carries into Teams, with one honest difference: team features need cloud sync on, because your team can't share without it. Speech recognition still runs on-device, Hedy doesn't store meeting audio by default, and audio is never used to train models.

When will Hedy for Teams be available?

How is this different from other team meeting tools?
Most team tools summarize the meeting after it ends. Hedy coaches in real time, during the conversation, for each person on the team. Hedy for Teams adds shared workspaces and team Topics so everyone works from the same context, plus centralized seat management so it's simple to run.
Is this a tool for managers to monitor employees?
No. Hedy for Teams has no employee scoring and no manager-only dashboard over individuals. Admin tools cover seats, billing, and aggregate adoption. Sharing is explicit, and private sessions stay private.
Do we still need to tell people we're using Hedy?
Yes. Hedy doesn't replace your responsibility to let meeting participants know when you use an AI meeting tool. Participant notification features are on our roadmap, not available yet.
Can our team keep its data private?
Speech recognition runs on-device, Hedy does not store meeting audio by default, and EU data residency is available. Team features require cloud sync so the team can share. Hedy has completed an independent SOC 2 Type I examination and HIPAA assessment.
How will billing work?
Hedy for Teams is being built around centralized license management: one admin portal to manage seats and a single invoice. Pricing will be shared closer to launch.
