Bring Hedy to your team

Fill in a few blanks and you'll have an email ready for whoever approves software. It covers what Hedy would do for the team, what it costs, how your data is handled, and how to start small.

1 Who's it going to?
2 Your best Hedy moment

One real example does more than any feature list. Pick one of these to start from, then change the details to what actually happened.

3 How you'd like to start

Minimum 2, up to 200. Seats can be added or removed later.

SubjectCan we try Hedy as a team?

Hi [name],

I've been using Hedy in my meetings for [how long]. It's an AI meeting assistant that runs on my phone or laptop. During a meeting it suggests questions and points I'd otherwise miss, and afterwards it writes up the notes and to-dos. Nothing joins the call, so the other side only sees me.

Here's a recent example. [what happened in one of your meetings]

I think it would help the whole team:

  • Everyone would get that live help in their own meetings, in person or on Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
  • Shared Topics keep a client's or a project's meetings in one place. Anyone on the team can ask Hedy what was agreed, and someone new can catch up without a round of handover calls.
  • Notes and action items get written for every meeting, so follow-ups don't depend on who happened to take notes.

What you'll probably want to know:

  • Security: SOC 2 Type I attested and HIPAA assessed. We'd choose whether our data is stored in the US or the EU. Meeting audio isn't stored by default and is never used to train models.
  • Admin: one dashboard and one invoice. Seats can be added or removed at any time: added seats are prorated, and removed ones come back as a credit.
  • Cost: $12.99 per person per month, or $99.99 per person per year, with a minimum of two seats.

Could we start with 3 people on monthly billing, try it for a month, and decide from there? The details are here: https://www.hedy.ai/teams/

Thanks, [your name]

Edit the wording after you paste it. It reads best in your own voice.

Want it to land? Show it.

Attach a 30-second screen recording of a real session. Say what kind of meeting it was, what Hedy suggested, and what happened next. Pick a session with nothing confidential in it.

What your manager will want to know

Short answers, in case they reply with questions.

What it costs

$12.99 per seat per month, or $99.99 per seat per year, with 2 to 200 seats. You pay by card, and you can change the seat count later: added seats are prorated, and removed ones come back as a credit. The launch price stays locked while the subscription is active.

Security and data

SOC 2 Type I attested and HIPAA assessed. The organization chooses US or EU data storage when it's created. Speech recognition runs on the device, meeting audio isn't stored by default, and audio is never used to train models.

Who runs it

Whoever creates the team manages seats and billing in a browser at web.hedy.ai. Everyone else signs in to the regular Hedy apps on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, or the web.

What the other side sees

No bot joins the call, so clients and colleagues only see the person they're meeting. Your team should still let participants know when they use an AI meeting tool.
