Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions purchased on our website, through the Apple App Store, and through Google Play.

Website Purchases

Subscriptions purchased directly on our website are processed through our payment partners, Paddle and Stripe. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@hedyai.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on the original payment method:

  • Paddle: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Stripe: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within approximately 48 hours.

Network Limitations

Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment network. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or other third-party payment intermediaries.

Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Hedy AI does not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase, please visit Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions provided. Apple will review your request and determine eligibility based on their policies.

Google Play Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. Hedy AI does not have the ability to process refunds for Google Play purchases.

To request a refund, please follow Google Play's standard refund process through the Google Play Store or Google Play Help Center. Google will review your request and determine eligibility based on their policies.

General Notes

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the refund window applicable to your purchase method. Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed may not be honored.
  • Network and processing delays are outside our control. While we strive to process refunds promptly, actual arrival times depend on the payment processors and financial institutions involved.
  • For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, all refund requests must be submitted through the respective store's channels. Our support team is unable to issue refunds for store-based purchases.
