Hedy to Google Sheets: save a 2–4 line session recap Adds the meeting title and a short recap to a Google Sheet after every session. It’s a simple meeting log you can sort and search.
Send Hedy session recap to Google Docs (create or append) Saves the recap to a Google Doc named after the session title. If a doc with that title already exists, it adds the new recap to it with the date. Give a recurring meeting the same title each time and it builds up one running document.

Create a Notion page from Hedy session insights Uses the transcript and recap to generate structured takeaways, such as flashcards, and saves them as a new Notion page. A good fit for lectures, training sessions, and study notes.

Auto-create an interview follow-up email draft in Gmail When a session ends, it writes an interview follow-up email and saves it as a Gmail draft. Nothing is sent until you review it. It runs after every session, not only interviews, so it suits people who use Hedy mostly for interviewing.

Turn Hedy highlights into AI-written Google Docs This one runs on a different trigger. When you tap to capture a highlight during a session, Hedy saves the quote along with its main idea and an AI insight. The template turns that into a piece of written content in Google Docs, ready to edit into a post, a newsletter section, or show notes.
How to set up a template
- Make sure you’re on Hedy Pro with Cloud Sync turned on. The API and webhooks need both.
- Generate an API key in Hedy. Our API guide walks through it.
- Open the template on viaSocket from our integrations page or the links above.
- Sign in to viaSocket, connect your Hedy account and the other app the template uses, then turn the workflow on.
If you want something the templates don’t cover, you can still build your own workflow in viaSocket’s visual editor, or use our webhooks and REST API directly.

Yes. The templates connect to Hedy through its API and webhooks, which are part of Hedy Pro ($12.99/month or $99.99/year) and also need Cloud Sync turned on.
Do I need to know how to code?
