What is Hedy Team?

Hedy Team is the Hedy plan for organizations. Each person gets their own Hedy account with the same features as Hedy Pro, and the organization pays for everyone in one place. People can share Sessions through team Topics, and admins manage who has access from Team admin at web.hedy.ai.

Your team uses the regular Hedy apps on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, and the web. There’s no separate Team app.

What your team gets

• Everyone with a seat gets the same features as Hedy Pro, and nobody on the team buys their own plan. The owner pays for all seats on one bill.
• Members can share Sessions in a team Topic, open to the whole team or only to the people they choose, and ask Hedy questions across everyone’s Sessions in it. See Team Topics.
• Owners and admins invite people, assign seats, and remove access when someone leaves. They also set the team’s Cloud Sync policy.
• The organization’s data is stored in one region, the United States or the European Union, chosen when the organization is created.

What stays private

Each person’s Sessions, transcripts, notes, and personal Topics are private to them, and admins can’t open them. A Session is shared only when its owner assigns it to a team Topic. Chats with Hedy are never shared. The details are in Hedy Team privacy and Cloud Sync.

Roles

• Member uses Hedy.
• Admin also invites people and manages seats.
• Owner also manages billing. The person who creates the organization is the owner.

Pricing

Hedy Team costs $12.99 per seat per month or $99.99 per seat per year, in US dollars plus applicable tax. You need at least 2 seats and can have up to 200. There’s no free trial for Hedy Team.

You pay for seats, not invitations. You can change the number of seats at any time, and the change is prorated. See Manage Hedy Team seats and billing.

Can I use my existing Hedy account?

Yes. You can create an organization with the account you already use, and people you invite can join with theirs. Sessions and Topics come along and stay private. This is permanent, so the account can’t go back to being a personal account later. If you’d rather keep personal and work conversations apart, use a different email address, such as a work address, for the Team account.
