Sign Out of All Devices
If a device you no longer have is still signed in to Hedy — a lost phone, an old laptop, or a shared computer — you can sign out of every device at once from Account Settings. Your account and all synced data stay intact; you simply sign back in on the devices you still use.
How to Sign Out Everywhere

Open Settings and go to the Account tab

Find the Account security card

Tap Sign out of all devices

Confirm by tapping Sign out everywhere
What Happens Next

This device signs out right away and returns to the welcome screen.

Other devices sign out within about an hour. Each one signs out the next time its saved login expires, which can take up to an hour.

Nothing is deleted. Your sessions, transcripts, topics, and settings are untouched — signing back in restores everything.
When to Use This

You lost a phone or tablet that was signed in to Hedy.

You signed in on a shared or public computer and forgot to sign out.

You’re concerned someone else may have access to your account and want to cut off every existing session at once.
