Managing Individual Sessions

Deleting Sessions:

You can delete individual sessions at any time from the device that captured that session. To delete a session:

Open the Session screen
Access the session menu in the top right
Tap “Delete”

What Happens When You Delete:

Immediate removal from active storage
Deletion from backup systems within 30 days
Clearing of associated highlights

Data Export Options

You can currently export sessions individually through the “Share All Data” menu item.
